In this position you will perform digital image editing in a desktop environment to correct and tone pictures for publishing and exporting pages and plates.
Use of software programs such as Photoshop, Digital Technology, Acrobat and InDesign
Perform scanning techniques
Learn fundamentals of 4-color printing process and all Imaging Specialist skills.
Must be able to perform proficiently in a PC environment
Able to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment, interacting productively with people from across the company.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
High school diploma required, preference given to Associate's and/or Bachelor's degree
Preference given for previous work experience with digital imaging technology and functions

Apple's Mac OS X User Interface Group is seeking a visual designer with dynamic interfaces or animation experience who possesses a passion for great design and shows an exceptional eye for detail. The designer will help conceive, design and develop future enhancements to Aqua, the dynamic user interface for Mac OS X. We're looking for a visually articulate designer capable of communicating their ideas through compelling high-fidelity illustrations and prototypes.
Responsibilities include supporting established design directions for various components of Mac OS X, working with engineering and marketing to finalize designs, and producing elements for final products. Understanding the constraints of the software development environment is a plus. Must be a team player with excellent communication, presentation and multidisciplinary skills.
B.S./M.S. in Interactive Media Design, Graphic Design, Animation or related field.
